Third-party construction administration services for a property is located in Orlando, Florida. Included two lots totaling approximately 89.26 acres within the center. The existing structure is a ± 700,000 gross square foot enclosed mall with approximately 4,200 parking spaces, landscaped areas and stormwater retention pond. These activity centers are intended for locations where arterials and four lane collectors and mass transit service are available, providing access to other metropolitan areas. ORB provided construction administration services for the civil, traffic and landscape architecture design for the development of approximately 368 apartments with structured parking and amenities on a ±5 acre parcel. The south entrance to the mall was realigned to improve access apartment parcel and provide a larger development area. The design of inner ring road along the north boundary of the apartment parcel was enhanced to accommodate the proposed residential uses.
