With licensed building inspectors as well as professional and structural engineers on staff, we offer building inspection services for new and existing construction of any size and type. Our engineers have vast experience evaluating residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. From monitoring a construction process to using forensic methods to determine cause of damage, ORB's engineering staff has the knowledge and expertise to cover all your inspection needs.
In addition to structural inspections, we also offer inspections for fire, wind, water, termite, settlement, vehicle impact, hurricane damage and preventative maintenance solutions. We are familiar with stucco and EIFS systems and residential mechanical-electrical-plumbing systems. ORB inspections can assist with finding construction defects, building code evaluations, cause and origin investigations, failure analysis and evaluation, and litigation and expert witness support. Upon completion of inspections, a report detailing all inspections for a project will be generated, signed and sealed and available for submittal to the owner, general contractor and governing agency.
